WordFam: Forging Forward
We’re almost a month into a new year, and your WordFam leaders have been hard at work already! We are lining up some great stuff for 2023 and we hope you’ll be with us on this journey.
Our calendar is already rolling with our favourite events, from our wonderful in-person meet-ups to online get-togethers.
The WordFam Workshops have started up again with a new slew of subjects and discussions for us all. There’s more to come! Check the page if you want to catch up on any of our previous workshops.
We have also recently added a list of free in-person writing events coordinated by the Queensland Writers Centre. Hopefully there’s one near you.
Our regular writing prompts are also starting up again! From February, we’ll have a new prompt go up every two weeks. This time, we’re changing the style to shorter, simpler prompts. We hope they inspire you! Let us know what you think, we love feedback.
This is just the beginning of our adventures this year. The WordFam Leaders have a few plans in motion that we will be rolling out through the year. Watch this space! We hope to have more announcements for you soon.
