Join us for WordFam Retreat 2025!
We are happy to announce that we are running another awesome WordFam Retreat, and you’re all invited!
We are heading over to North Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) on 6-7 September 2025 for a weekend of writing time together.
We have a secluded indoor space to sit together and write, along with access to poolside and beach spaces. There will be areas for quiet writing and writing discussions. And there will be a Retreat goodie bag for you to enjoy and take home with you!
During the Retreat, you’ll set your own writing goal. You can work on whatever project you like, whether you’re planning something new, working on your first draft, or editing something.
If you’re starting something new, we’ll have some writing tools for you to use, too. We’d love to know what progress you make over the weekend!
This year, we’re offering a discount for early bookings. Book your ticket before the end of April to get the early bird price of $80. After 1st May, the ticket price is $95. Tickets are limited, so make sure you get yours before they run out!
As previously, your ticket covers your entry to the Retreat spaces and your goodie bag. Accommodation, travel, and meals are up to you! To help you out:

- Coordinate and collaborate with other attendees on our Discord server. A room or ride share might help keep costs down for you!
